The 2023 Christmas Season is every weekend evening from Thanksgiving through Christmas. We are the exclusive carriage service for viewing the beautiful lights at Southlake Town Square. You can catch a carriage at Ruston Park off Grand Ave. near Santa's Village at the gazebo.
Walk-up service: A standard carriage ride generally lasts 5-7 minutes and costs $40 for a group of 4. The Extended ride lasts about 15 minutes and costs $80 for the group. Extended rides are also available through the reservation system for $80, while walk-up standard and extended rides are available for first-come first-served. Larger groups of 6-8 may be easily accommodated with a reservation for the Extended ride only. Please use our automated system for information. Also please feel free to bring your own blankets when the weather is chilly and you can bring your own hot cocoa or coffee.

Service Times and Information
The carriages are generally out on beautiful Southlake Town Square after 5:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 4 p.m. on Sundays during the holiday season. These are our standard times for walk-up service, however we will come early or stay late by popular demand. Other times by appointment, weather permitting. Reservations may be made ONLY online by clicking "Book Your Reservation" at right. Pre-payment is required.
Cancellation Policy
6 to 8 hour advance notice required for cancellation due to inclement weather – we will show up unless we hear from you; a partial refund may be sent within 30 days of cancellation provided proper notice has been given; Olde Tyme Carriage Co. reserves the right to avoid or alter any and all situations where safety may be a factor, and the right to cancel any and all agreements in the event of hazardous conditions. (If you cancel, you may or may not receive a refund but if we cancel, we will refund you.)

Reservations
Reservations are not required but are encouraged at peak times. They must be paid in advance and made online. Book Your Reservation today using our convenient scheduling system. Pick the date and time you want for the extended ride, and pay using your credit card or PayPal account. A real time saver, and with additional benefits like confirmation and reminder emails, clearly the best choice.
You may also call us to make a special reservation NOT listed on the scheduling site above. This does not confirm your reservation time but it is for those who prefer speaking to an actual person for a special event---NOT the regular service. Pre-payment is required with either of these methods, of course.
